0.0.20.7 - Xaero block-map compatibility

Problem:
- Xaero World Map and Xaero Minimap skipped most Phayriosis blocks because their generated
BlockBehaviour properties never supplied a non-zero Minecraft MapColor.
- Xaero's surface scans use MapColor.NONE/0 as a reject condition even when the normal world
renderer can display the block texture correctly.

Fix:
- Added one optional map-color compatibility mixin at BlockStateBase#getMapColor.
- It only acts when Xaero Minimap or World Map is present.
- It only acts on Phayriosis block classes and only when the original MapColor is zero.
- Existing non-zero colors are preserved (including StomachAcidBlock).
- Fallback colors are grouped by material family; Xaero texture-color mode can still use the
actual baked block texture after the non-zero eligibility check passes.

No entity radar logic or server gameplay logic was changed.
