v1.6
'Minecraft, but It's Crash Bandicoot', by TCK.
A remake of two levels from the original 1996 Crash Bandicoot: N. Sanity Beach and Road to Nowhere.

ARCHIVE CONTENTS
This archive contains five files:
- 'Minecraft, but It's Crash Bandicoot' (world)
- 'Crash Classic Audio Pack.zip' (resource pack)
- 'Crash N. Sane Audio Pack.zip' (resource pack)
- 'Bonus Skins Pack' (optional skins)
- 'Press Kit' (logos, wallpaper and poster)

INSTALLATION
1. Navigate to your '.minecraft' directory (Windows + R, type "%APPDATA%\.minecraft" and click 'OK')
2. Place the world folder in your 'saves' folder
3. Place the two Audio Pack archives in your 'resourcepacks' folder
4. Launch Minecraft
5. Navigate to the 'Resource Packs' menu and select one of the Packs. You do not need both packs enabled at once, toggle between them. If swapped in-game, music will stop until it loops or you quit/enter a level. ONE PACK IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
6. Change the game settings listed in the section below.
7. Launch the world. Enjoy!

IN-GAME REQUIREMENTS
- Render Distance: 16 (max)
- All Volume Sliders: Up (music is in 'Jukebox/Note Blocks')
- Brightness: Moody (recommended)

BONUS SKINS PACK
The skins released alongside this world are NOT REQUIRED to play as they are already included in-game. They are simply a present for you to use elsewhere.

CHANGELOGS

v1.6
- Replaced disabled sprint system with new system. No more "Sprint Disabled" message or stuck jumps!
- Fixed sometimes not dying when falling off Road to Nowhere bridge in laggier games (reported by BC King)
- Fixed spin model sometimes not disappearing (reported by Adrelian)
- Fixed bouncing up crate stacks from the side when jumping against them (often caused the spin model glitch)
- Prevented crabs being able to break checkpoints when they spin into them, causing checkpoints to not activate correctly (a frequent problem when doing the Time Trial)
- Fixed dying when loading. Yep. Turns out the player has been taking half a heart of damage when teleporting to loading rooms this whole time and I never knew because I made the vanilla health bar invisible. You've been dying and auto-respawning in loading screens this whole time and didn't even know. It may have even caused the old teleport bug from the initial release.
- Fixed player sometimes being visible during TCK startup screen

v1.5
- Upgraded to 26.2
- Fixed broken jumped-on crab model (broken since version 1.3)
- Some other non-consequential, microscopic changes
- Added 1 year anniversary poster to the Press Kit

v1.4
- Upgraded to 26.1, 26.1.1 & 26.1.2
- Updated hog texture file path (Mojang changed the name from "temperate_pig" to "pig_temperate")
- Updated the PlayStation reference with the new TCK logo
- Added "Classic Pack" subtitle to game logo when using the Classic Pack
- That's it. A whole update just to change a single pig texture filename -_-

v1.3
- Made compatible with 1.21.11 (backwards compatible with 1.21.10)
- Updated broken red gem platform and bonus complete platform texture paths from 1.21.11 (Minecraft doesn't like block textures in the item folder anymore)
- Fixed player skin sometimes showing under character outfits when starting levels
- Consolidated file paths and cleaned resource packs of 50 unused files, including the beautfully-named unused texture "skin_tawna_poop"
- This update marks 1000 downloads! Thank you!

v1.2
- Updated to 1.21.10 (no longer backwards compatible)
- Rewrote system for breaking crates on N.Sanity Beach's ! bridge while invincible. It now works 100% of the time and is not dependant on player's facing direction. I am frankly embarrassed by the system I was using before. It was the equivalent of using quantum mechanics to solve "1+1"
- Replaced deprecated "spawnchunkradius" gamerule with new "forceload" commands for level paths and command blocks. This fixes the vanilla tp bug sometimes breaking entity placement and now allows all lower render distances. 2 looks great in Road to Nowhere!
- Entities are no longer dependant on Simulation Distance, which has been removed from the in-game requirements
- Fixed 4 broken Road to Nowhere bridge planks that didn't fall when the player stepped on them
- Updated broken Road to Nowhere danger sign file path from 1.21.9
- Updated broken TNT explosion particles from 1.21.9, changed flash color to orange
- Cried about how Mojang added mannequins when I had to bend over backwards to invent the system myself (shoutout to the invisible villager)
- Oh my God they're adding official stopwatches too -_-

v1.1
- Disabled advancement popups
- Added 1.21.7 to list of compatible versions
- Added Press Kit of logos and wallaper

v1.0 (fixed after filming the release video)
- Made 1.21.5 version natively compatible with 1.21.6
- Added a comma to the title
- Red gem is no longer a bottom
- Aku Aku crates give the mask instead of summoning him in Time Trials
- All physics crates face the right way now
- Fixed bounce crates not resetting number of bounces after death
- Mostly fixed falling while running over the N. Sanity Beach crate bridge while invincible (still badly implemented though, just look slightly down while you do it)
- Mostly fixed animals not respawning after the player spins them and immediately dies
- Re-recorded N. Sanity Beach Time Trial times because they were hella slow
- Removed the aku cheat code because I don't want to think of the million different ways the game will break if you get invincibility somewhere you're not supposed to
- Removed the custom colored clouds since Mojang removed support for colored ones (in this video they're just broken instead of yellow and purple like they're supposed to be, shame)
- Not fixed: I could have made the beach top crate brake when the bottom one does when hit with an animal but I thought it was funny so I left it. It works with invincibility though
- And about 10 other bugs I noticed.
